Montessori puzzle - flower

This Montessori puzzle helps children learn about the parts of a flower and understanding the whole through a playful activity. By putting the puzzle together, children can see how a flower is made up of different parts, and can examine and name them one by one – stem, leaves, etc. This way, they can develop a much deeper understanding of the flower than just looking at a picture.

The puzzle supports a child's concentration and logical thinking, while developing hand-eye coordination and finger dexterity. Lifting and replacing pieces gives the child the opportunity to work at their own pace and learn through repetition and discovery, which is an important part of the Montessori approach.
